What you can do with us

360° Team Experiences

Each session runs for 3.5 hours and mixes learning, teamwork and hands-on activities.

    You learn how to waste less and create more value. Here's what you actually do:

    • Find out how circular economy works (and why companies are moving this way)

    • Do hands-on zero-waste activities and compete in team games

    • Visit a real local business or project that's doing circularity

    • Figure out what you can actually change at work and at home

    You discover why food is connected to climate and health. Here's what happens:

    • Explore how food choices affect the planet and your own wellbeing

    • Take food waste and turn it into something delicious you can eat

    • Visit a sustainable food initiative in your region

    • Come up with concrete actions you can take tomorrow

    You spend time outside cleaning up your local area and learning what it does. Here's the day:

    • Go out and clean up a public space in your community

    • Learn surprising facts about litter and why biodiversity matters

    • Do team challenges that are actually fun (not corporate team-building nonsense)

    • Explore things you and your team can do to protect nature

    Format: 30 minutes talk + Q&A. Dynamic, science-backed, designed to make people think and ask questions. Works for lunch-and-learns, town halls, online or in-person.

We use the COM-B model: people change behaviour when they have the ability, the chance, and the motivation to act. That's it. So we design every experience around these three things.

Inspire

We show people why it matters—through stories, examples and conversations that connect to their lives.

Guide

We teach them how to do it—with facts, tools and discussions that make complex topics make sense.

Activate

We let them try it—through activities, challenges and real projects they can see and touch.
